About Stone + Sage Wellness

At Stone + Sage Wellness, the focus is on real, lasting relief. Healing doesn’t have to take years to begin; many clients notice changes after their very first session. What makes this approach different is that it doesn’t stop there. Instead of masking symptoms or creating short bursts of relief that quickly fade, every session works with your body’s natural ability to heal at the root. This allows the changes you feel to not only show up quickly but also last and continue to build over time.

Many of my clients have already tried so many things before coming here. They’ve done the diets, supplements, self-care routines, or even other holistic approaches, and still felt stuck, tired of chasing temporary fixes that never quite helped them feel like themselves again. If that’s you, you’ll find that this space is supportive, approachable, and results-focused. It’s a place designed to help you uncover what your body has been holding onto, so you can finally feel lighter, clearer, and more balanced.

Whether you come in looking for clarity, relief from long-standing stress, or simply a renewed sense of energy, every session is guided by your unique needs and goals. This isn’t about forcing your body into something new; it’s about helping it release what it no longer needs, so you can naturally return to feeling better than you have in a long time.

Helping you uncover what’s behind the stress, tension, and symptoms that keep you from feeling your best.

Why “Stone + Sage”?

The name reflects what this space stands for: grounded, natural, and intuitive care.

Stone represents strength, stability, and the foundation for healing. It reflects the steady energy of support and the clarity that comes when things finally feel aligned.

Sage brings ancient wisdom and the art of releasing what no longer serves you. It’s a reminder of clearing away old energy and reconnecting with your body and mind’s natural rhythm.

Together, Stone + Sage is about returning to what matters most: creating a space for healing that’s rooted in what works and guided by clarity, compassion, and real relief.

Meet the Practitioner

I’m Katelin Ison, a certified energy healing practitioner based in Florence, KY. My work focuses on uncovering and addressing the root causes of stress, discomfort, and imbalance so your body can do what it’s designed to do: heal.

I created this practice for people who have felt overlooked, misunderstood, or stuck despite trying other approaches. If you’ve been searching for something that finally makes a difference, you’re in the right place.

I’m trained in The Emotion Code®, Body Code®, and Belief Code®, which help identify and release stored emotional and energetic weight that may be contributing to symptoms or stress. Every session is guided by both skill and intuition, always with your goals in mind.

My aim is simple: you leave each session feeling a sense of relief, renewed energy, and more connected to yourself.

Healing Is for All Beings

At Stone + Sage Wellness, the commitment to healing extends to animals, especially those in shelters who often carry their own emotional wounds. Many have faced trauma, neglect, or long stretches without comfort or understanding. Just like people, these experiences can leave lasting imprints.

That’s why I offer free healing sessions for animals in shelters, designed to support relaxation, ease tension, and help them feel safe and ready for adoption.

Lena’s Story: A Turning Point

In 2023, I began volunteering with Crazy Cats Animal Rescue, working with cats awaiting adoption. That’s when I met Lena.

Lena had been labeled “unfriendly.” She avoided contact, lashed out, and hid from potential adopters. During my time with her, I offered a few energy healing sessions, always letting her choose how much interaction she wanted. Slowly, she began to shift. At her foster’s home, she started staying in the room instead of hiding and allowed brief moments of gentle interaction.

After a few sessions, she lost her “unfriendly” label, and not long after, Lena was adopted. Her new family later shared photos and videos of Lena snuggling up to them and purring in their laps, something she never would have done when I first met her.

Her story is a reminder: healing can begin with even the smallest shifts, and those shifts can grow into lasting safety, trust, and connection, in both animals and people.

Honoring the Animals Who Inspire This Work

The animals I share my life with remind me daily of the power of presence, patience, and unconditional care.

Know a shelter that could use support?

If you work with, or know of, a rescue or shelter that could benefit from energy healing for animals, I’d love to hear from you. These sessions are designed to help animals feel calmer, more confident, and better prepared for adoption.
