I offer holistic, non-medical services including energy healing sessions and digital self-guided wellness tools. These are not a substitute for licensed medical care or mental health treatment.

By using this site or purchasing a service, you agree that:

  • You take full responsibility for your physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

  • Results are not guaranteed.

Digital Product Terms

All digital products from Stone + Sage Wellness are intended for informational and educational purposes only. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or veterinary care.

By purchasing or downloading a digital product, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Results may vary and are not guaranteed.

  • All sales are final; no refunds or exchanges are offered.

  • Products are for personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or resold.

  • Stone + Sage Wellness is not liable for any outcomes resulting from the use or misuse of digital products.

  • In the case of technical issues with downloads, support is available by email at info@stoneandsagewellness.com.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or missed sessions may result in forfeiting the session.

  • No refunds are available for missed sessions or late cancellations.

  • Any exceptions will be handled individually.

HSA/FSA Payments

Many clients have successfully used HSA or FSA cards for services, but I can’t guarantee eligibility or reimbursement. All payments are final, and I can’t issue refunds if your provider decides not to cover the expense.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos, and downloads, belongs to Stone + Sage Wellness. You may not copy, share, or reproduce it without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

I am not responsible for any outcomes related to the use or misuse of my services or products. You agree to use your own judgment and discretion when applying any information, tools, or techniques.

I may update these terms from time to time. By continuing to use the site after updates are posted, you agree to the most current version.

Jurisdiction / Governing Law

I do not guarantee that the website, services, or digital products will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

User Conduct / Misuse Clause

You agree not to misuse this website, services, or digital products in any unlawful or harmful way. Stone + Sage Wellness reserves the right to refuse service or terminate access at my discretion if these terms are violated.
