What to Expect in Your First Healing Session

Trying something new, especially for your health, can feel vulnerable.

Maybe you’re curious about energy healing but not sure what it actually involves. Maybe you’ve already tried so many things and nothing has given you the relief you’re looking for. Or maybe you just want something that finally helps you feel like yourself again.

Wherever you’re starting from, here’s what you can expect when you book your first session at Stone + Sage Wellness.

What It’s Not

This isn’t a massage, a psychic reading, or a quick fix. There are no needles, no physical manipulation, and no pressure to share more than you’re comfortable with.

Sessions are non-invasive, no-touch, and focused on helping your body release what it’s been carrying emotionally, physically, or energetically.

What You Can Expect

1. A Calm, Grounded Welcome
Whether we meet in person or over Zoom, you’ll be welcomed into a space that’s safe, supportive, and free of judgment. You don’t have to show up a certain way; it’s okay if you’re tired, anxious, skeptical, or simply curious.

2. A Short Check-In
We’ll begin with a brief conversation about what’s been showing up for you. You’re always in control of how much you share. Even if you’re unsure of what you need, your body knows, and that’s what we’ll follow.

3. An Energetic Assessment & Release
Using The Emotion Code®, Body Code™, and Belief Code®, I identify and release trapped energies that may be contributing to how you feel. These could be linked to past experiences, physical symptoms, limiting beliefs, or even inherited stress.

Think of it like clearing static from a radio so you can finally feel clearer, lighter, and more at ease.

4. No Physical Touch
You’ll stay fully clothed and seated during the session. There’s no hands-on contact, and if we meet virtually, the process works just as effectively.

5. Subtle but Noticeable Shifts
Many people feel lighter, calmer, or clearer right away. Some notice changes in sleep, tension, or mood over the next few days. Others describe an inner sense of relief that’s hard to put into words.

Every session is unique, and your body guides the process in a way that feels safe and natural.

After the Session

You’ll receive simple guidance to help support your system, things like drinking extra water, resting if you need to, or allowing space for emotions to move through.

Sometimes the effects are immediate; other times they unfold gradually. Healing happens in layers, and your body sets the pace.

The first session is a meaningful starting point. For long-term patterns or deeper layers of stress, most people benefit from continued support. That’s why I offer packages, so you have consistent care as your system clears, resets, and realigns over time.
